Mark Wiedenfeld came to Elverson Vasey in 2016 with almost 40 years of experience in handling insurance defense, personal injury, dram shop insurance, and other civil matters.

Mark grew up in Northwest Iowa. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of South Dakota and his Juris Doctorate with high distinction from the University of Iowa.

Mark has received the AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence. Mark has been recognized by his peers for inclusion in the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mark has held leadership positions in the Iowa Defense Counsel Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association. He is admitted to the Iowa Bar; the United States District Court, Southern and Northern Districts; and the Eighth Circuit.
