Todd was a partner and founding member of Elverson Vasey. Todd practiced in many areas of the law, including business and corporate litigation, real estate and property law, probate law, estate planning, and family law throughout his nearly 40-year career.

Todd was born in Bloomington, Minnesota in 1956. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Drake University and his Juris Doctorate from Drake University in 1981.

Todd was a highly-regarded member of the Des Moines legal community and beyond. He achieved the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards possible. He authored numerous articles and gave seminars throughout his career on Advanced Real Estate Law in Iowa. Todd's devotion to his clients and commitment to integrity serve as the foundation of Elverson Vasey today.
