On September 12, 2024, Elverson Vasey Partner Josh Strief presented at the Iowa Defense Counsel Association's Annual Seminar. His presentation, "Permission to Pay? Consent Issues During Settlement," focused on navigating challenges that arise during settlement, including enforcement, disputes in the tripartite relationship, underinsured motorist consent, and substitution of funds.
