Nathan Russell Named Partner
On March 25, 2021, attorney Nathan Russell was named a Partner at Elverson Vasey. The decision was made based on Mr. Russell’s consistent performance, significant experience, and the high praise received by the firm from many of Mr. Russell’s current and former clients.
Nathan is a well-seasoned advocate in a wide range of business and corporate law matters, including business formation, corporate governance, acquisitions and transactions, contract review, commercial litigation, and general business law. His clients range from small to large businesses that are primarily family-owned and employee-owned entities. Nathan is also experienced in a variety of family law matters, as he has extensive experience in all phases of dissolution and child custody cases, as well as real estate matters and wills and estates.
